First Post Ever

Hello to anyone who happens to read this. I’m Doni, or Wayak, or Wyk, whichever you prefer. I’m (kind of) a software engineer, though I’m still not entirely sure if that’s what I want to be in the future. At the time of writing this, I’m an undergraduate student who working at a small company in Indonesia. It’s not a software company, and the IT team here mainly supports the core business by maintaining an internal ERP system.

Its kinda tough for me to manage my time between writing my thesis, working on my final project, having a ‘9-5 jobs’ (hell im working from 9-6) and having a freelance project on the side. But honestly, I don’t feel like I have much of a choice, in this AI era, I need to stack as much as experience i can.

Anyway its my first ever post! and I,m trying to write it in english even tho my native language is indonesian, so just bear an error here and there. You might be wondering, why I’d spare my time to write post when I have a lot of things going on. Well, I’ve been thinking about starting a blog for awhile, and I also want to practice my english a bit, so thats why I’m setting aside about 2-3 hour per week to write something.

In the future posts, maybe I’ll mainly write about what interests me and what happens in my life that’s worth sharing, so it’ll be more like a journal than something you’d read to find information. Let’s see where it goes!
